daniels: an other reason we have gitlab down when large-6 is not happy: redis PVC is 'rook-ceph-block' not 'rook-ceph-block-ssd', so it uses data on the HDD too, meaning that if the HDDs are not happy with the backup upload, we kill redis too :(
