So, I'm about done moving the texture descriptor over to XML. But I'm wondering about the actual size of it.

It seems to me that it is 64 bytes, but there is a function which sizes it depending on the number of mips. Reading IRC logs and a few commits, it seems to me that it always 64 bytes in length. Mips 12 and 13 should be implied. Is this just a relict of the past?
