<jenneron[m]> hexdump0815: have you seen this problem on mt8173? https://dpaste.com/DKS3MJYH8
<jenneron[m]> i'm using 6.1.39
<jenneron[m]> nevermind, it doesn't happen on 6.4.4

<hexdump0815> jenneron[m]: i think not, but i might simply have overlooked it so far - but audio was always working on mt8173
<hexdump0815> please let me know if i should check in detail
<jenneron[m]> sorry, false alarm
<jenneron[m]> lol
<jenneron[m]> if it happens for you just upgrade to the latest stable, it works there
<jenneron[m]> hexdump0815: btw i ported chrome os script which extracts EFS on sc7180 chromebooks, it works on LTE devices, you may want to use it https://gitlab.com/jenneron/msm-cros-efs-loader
<jenneron[m]> it runs on each startup

<hexdump0815> jenneron[m]: thanks a lot - i must admit that i just now learned what efs actually is :) ... and the trogdor i used was the no lte 4gb version
<hexdump0815> but its always good to have that around if needed one day and i'll link it from the trodgor readme for sure
<jenneron[m]> it should generate empty files on no lte version
<jenneron[m]> so it's fine to run it on all of them
<jenneron[m]> you can test that it creates empty files for you, and for people with LTE it will most likely do the thing
