alpernebbi: yeah it has a bl1 blob, a bl2/spl blob and u-boot in its spi flash, and I am trying to update update the spl and u-boot part. So far I am not even getting close-to-original u-boot to work, seems like it hangs when initializing serial. I documented how to get serial output (well, the hardware part, still need working, non-silent u-boot to get output from bootloaders and kerndl):
