<WaldemarTommetheythem[m]> <z1r343l2[m]> "Just press power to close the..." <- That's how I figured out that u-boot does indeed work.

<z1r343l2[m]> Is 2 the sdhc "class"
<z1r343l2[m]> Is there a field for sdxc as well?
<z1r343l2[m]> Still didn't find a single place I can access properly with u-boot
<WaldemarTommetheythem[m]> <z1r343l2[m]> "Is 2 the sdhc "class"" <- No, I think it's just the second configuration as there is also sdhc_1 and AFAIK sdxc cards work as well (did not test yet though)
<z1r343l2[m]> Sdhc 2 is set to good already on sweet it seem
<z1r343l2[m]> My sd is also listed in mmc and I can get it's size n stuff, just can't access the files (but that goes for every device no matter what interface or format)

<WaldemarTommetheythem[m]> That's really weird: I managed to boot the kernel... kinda... When sdhc_2 is disabled it boots to the pmos splash but due to my installation being on the sd card it does not boot completely which is expected but when I enable sdhc_2 my screen stays black. I think it still boots but the display is off but I can't verify at the moment.

<kaseinolykos[m]> hi! Is it possible to install PostmarketOS on mi 11 lite 4G (Courbet)? I'm really disappointed with all android ROMs i've tried (currently using LineageOS / android 15) and always wanted to install Linux for mobile but have never tried out. I don't know Linux kernel development but i'm willing to spend the time to configure / build / debug this if necessary (currently I'm studying computer science, also I use Linux on my
<kaseinolykos[m]> desktop and laptop). For now it's my main device but I'll likely buy/fix another device so if this isn't safe/stable i can try installing it later. Thx in advance! ~Kasei no Lykos / Calyx
<kaseinolykos[m]> According to the wiki it's working and so is WiFi and Mobile Data and call capabilities. As for the reason I'm disappointed with all Android ROMs, well, currently only crDroid 11 by Melovespa and LineageOS 22 as well as PixelOS by Abdalrahman are actively developed. crDroid is full of significant bugs and randomly bootlooped while I was on holidays - updating and wiping data didn't fix the issue (in fact 2 users reported boot
<kaseinolykos[m]> loops with the newer version itself so maybe there was another issue). LineageOS and especially PixelOS have horrible battery life and LineageOS also bootlooped when I installed the latest version today so I had to wipe data (now it works). I wanna know if this will be a usable alternative for a main device - otherwise since no android ROM works well enough I'll fix/buy another phone and then I'll try hacking with Linux on
<kaseinolykos[m]> this.

<z1r343l2[m]> I need another hint building pmos for Sweet
<z1r343l2[m]> Tried today with v6.13 for both Linux and pmaports (a combination that used to work B4, like 2 months ago) and I got it build successfully but it doesn't build anymore 😭
