<pac85> zmike: hey, so you've hadded a check for dri3 support that will always trip if mesa isn't built with `-Ddri3`, but what if someone wants to build mesa without Xorg support? Is that option really needed in that case?
<zmike> modifiers are still used by wayland
<pac85> Mmm I see, the terminology is a bit confusing here so -Ddri3 enables modifiers support outside of Xorg as well?
<zmike> probably
<pac85> Because in Wayland Linux_dmabuf always has modifiers so I figured you didn't need anything else there to support them. Anyway thanks I'll see if I can dig a bit deeper into this
