I wish I could get in touch to collab or discuss the changes. nobody replied when I posted some of my work on the qemu mailing list. So far other projects have mostly been one-off hacks by iOS research people
<modwizcode>
And those just patched around the support rather than implement it especially not in an upstreamable way, but this seems more legit.

Thanks for showing me that though j`ey
<j`ey>
they have an email
<j`ey>
shame about the qemu mailing list
<modwizcode>
Yeah I'll reach out
<modwizcode>
Sent them a DM on twitter lets see. They seem to be focused on that security research theme, and so far I think mostly they just implement the same stuff I do (although TBH I disagree with the way they implement some of the AIC stuff already)
<modwizcode>
If they can help merge in APRR and KTRR (which they also seem to call CTRR?) it might be beneficial since I've not touched those features at all yet.
<modwizcode>
they have some more ipi registers in the AIC documented though potentially
<modwizcode>
marcan: Looking at this emulator code reveals that maybe those deferred IPIs can be sent through the AIC too?
