vkCmdBindIndexBuffer2KHR is allowed to have VK_NULL_HANDLE for the buffer argument if I am to believe from the "buffer must be a valid VkBuffer handle" statement?

just that I kinda need timestamps on the GPU side so I know when certain commands are actually executed. but probably also totally fine to do it like this, as each command is an ioctl anyway.. kinda... I think?
