mupuf: I think I would need to duplicate these farms from `.valve-farm-rules` into `.valve-manual-farm-rules` and use it in manual jobs, does it make sense? I would prefer that manual jobs would be also run, but that would imply 1. having to run the pipeline before enabling farm & block any other MR to get merged meanwhile or 2. prolong marge to longest job timeout + 15 minutes, I guess any of these options aren't optimal or
