I do not have problems with the implementation, it's borrowed from hardware world, based of elimination technique, it's just Elias-fano encodes low and high bounds consecutive. So first and second, are just values of high and low in strict_elias_fano.hpp, have a look at the value_type typeof in compact_elias_fano.hpp, there is a comment, position is first, and value is first+second. So first bounds are low bounds, cause it's little endian,
<culuar>
dunno what you do for years except bombing Russians, and telling I am mentally ill, find a brain I'd say or new hobby, or you fucking will be erased.
<culuar>
This type of encoding comes more handy when using floating point and doing sign extends, otherwise it's pretty much the same as mine.
<culuar>
In terms that it's compression is maximal, but latency and code size can be improved or shortcuted, I told you that vulkan is crap as it gives no value, likely you disagree, but I do not care.

To me the best is opengl es, if you implement the compression and batched execution , you can not go any better than this much. Now after the precision conversion which comes as natural side effect, you can port opengl desktop to mobile ogl naturally and do even implement dynamic geometry.
<culuar>
Vulkan is as mentally as many of those Estonians and Scandinavians, though likely it's not your fault, you just had to implement this crap.
<culuar>
It only asks for complex trouble, locking issues, implementation complexity etc. Gives you only trouble.
<culuar>
And about Russians, it's very good atmosphere when they are around, and sometimes it's better when you control them, guide them but they can only allow this to be done by persons whom they respect, not by nutbolts or someone who just does not know how to, like Americans and most other western people.
<culuar>
But me I have not had trouble with their high morals,promises have been kept
<culuar>
My personal opinion can not be other way around.
<culuar>
This I would myself take as betrayal if I took another position, cause all crank activity and nasty terror came from all others but Russians, it's against my policy to charge wrong people.

But yes, every bigger institution and country etc. Have this wisdom, it's actually all also documented. So Russians know that too, some perfectionism as to way things were lead.

It type of blew me off how much offshore gangs operate on exploits that require intelligence.

I can break it down to past suspicion that commodity mobile hw clock lines are emi vulnerable.
<culuar>
But that is also all documented

is indico.freedesktop.org supposed to send out e-mails for things, like questions on submitted papers or acceptance or such? (or even when someone adds a new proposal)
<__tim>
There's an e-mail section in the logs section for the event but it's empty
<__tim>
can't find any settings that look relevant either
<__tim>
looks like we were missing 'notification rules'
<__tim>
such a confusing interface
