anarsoul: so I wanted to take this chance to do some changes to my network setup, but that may still take some extra time... I'm thinking I could bring the lima CI setup sonner than that, maybe this weekend
<enunes>
with that I might have to have another maintenance time in some weeks from now

hello. It's a first time for me working with dts dtsi files, so if I'm not mistaken from what I read, there is no need to rebuidl a kernel if a want to generate a new dtb file after a change made in a dtsi file. BUT, I can not find a documentation which explain how to clean all the hidden files generated in the arch/arm/boot/dts folder
<yann-kaelig>
I tried make kernel_devicetree-distclean from a blog I found but it doesn't work
<yann-kaelig>
ha! maybe the _ symbol is a space as the old time
<rellla>
yann-kaelig: "make dtbs" should update your files after a change, but you have to enable the corresponding platform in the kernel config for that iirc.
<yann-kaelig>
rellla: Ok thx, well I don't want to regenerate all the dtb files so make <myboard>.dtbs should be enough.

enunes: btw, is it possible to add piglit to lima CI?
<enunes>
anarsoul: I would think it is, especially if there is already a container built with it for other drivers it might be relatively easy, but I didnt look into it so far
<enunes>
anarsoul: but it is a good idea to check it and I think I will check it out together with setting the boards up again
<anarsoul>
yeah, at least some of functionality that we expose isn't tested by deqp-gles2
<yann-kaelig>
I have noticed that on my cubieboard2 HDMI-A-1 is on the card1 not on the card0 like here
<enunes>
this can be random due to the order in which modules are loaded and claim the card# nodes, though card0 is usually the display node and card1 the gpu, so your paste looks good to me
