<hexdump0815> jenneron[m]: i think this is something you should maybe add to the mt8173 and mt8183 kernels in pmos as well: https://github.com/hexdump0815/linux-mainline-mediatek-mt81xx-kernel/blob/master/misc.cbm/patches/v6.1/mt81xx-fix-low-speed-usb-devices.patch
<hexdump0815> with this mainline commit in usb mice and keyboards did not work properly anymore on those devices which are working fine on all other devices
<hexdump0815> i found out that the problem was not there in my v5.19.1 kernel and it started in my v6.0 kernel, so i did pseudo bisected the xhci-mtk commits in this range and this way found this commit, which i'm reverting now
<hexdump0815> i should really sit down for a moment and at least mail the authors about the few patches i still have in my mediatek kernel trees which are either broken in mainline or forgotten to be merged there ...
<jenneron[m]> ok, thanks
<jenneron[m]> hexdump0815: more patches forgotten to merge https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/merge_requests/3841
<mps> jenneron[m]: is the acer r13 elm chromebook (mt8173) supported by pmOS
<jenneron[m]> mps: not tested
<jenneron[m]> but hana is tested
<mps> jenneron[m]: for me elm works with mainline kernels for few years, with some quirks ofc
<mps> I mean with alpine and debian, didn't tested with pmOS
<jenneron[m]> mps: yeah, the table represents not general, but only pmOS status of features
