calebccff: it works just fine currently for me on the latest v14 of the series on MSM8998, I think while testing at some point I didn't realize the brightness set to 0 by default unlike previous revisions and some other minor things changed

<minecrell[m]>
<Mis012[m]> "or what is the reason there's..." <- I'd guess those are handled by TZ
<Mis012[m]>
sad
<Mis012[m]>
I can think of much better ways to handle them than "guess we're gonna reeeboooot
<minecrell>
Is it one of the funny devices where it ends up rebooting into some crashdump mode?
<Mis012[m]>
nah
<Mis012[m]>
if it was on me, I'd have it handled by Linux such that the access attempt failure can be handled synchronously in the code that attempts the access
<Mis012[m]>
or at the very least print the info that hw gives and panic

calebccff: by the way, re your patch for adding the bluetooth antenna on... something, where you mention it's based on my patch but without the second antenna; the driver itself doesn't use the second antenna so it's more there for correctness on the c630 than actual use
<calebccff>
you're referring to the bluetooth driver? I guess it doesn't matter too much as the wifi driver will enable the second channel for you assuming you have wifi on at the same time :P
