I was trying to implement a test on Weston, but I think I found a bug or I just don't know enough how it works
<riteo>
so, if in a test function one uses `create_client_and_test_surface` to make the client and then destroy it everything works fine, but if one "manually" creates a client with `create_client` then after destroying it the test program will spit some errors regarding some broken pipes
<riteo>
I looked a bit in the test client helper code, but I can't find anything that shows why the first approach works while the second doesn't

hiiiiiiii!
<riteo>
I'm trying to write xdg-shell tests for weston, but I keep getting weird issues with what looks like timing due to the asynchronous nature of even plain window creation
<riteo>
how should I make sure that what I want to do is done before destroying everything?
