ChanServ changed the topic of #aarch64-laptops to: Linux support for AArch64 Laptops (Asus NovaGo TP370QL - HP Envy x2 - Lenovo Mixx 630 - Lenovo Yoga C630)
<steev> hm, and usb isn't doing... something right
<steev> the phys are deferring
<steev> (this is c630 not thinkpad)
<steev> danielt: works here even just using the defconfig, minus the usb phy issue
<steev> [ 2.814143] [drm:dpu_encoder_resource_control:780] [dpu error]invalid parameters
<steev> not sure what that is about

<AlexMarty[m]> Is there an update on the status for a fully functioning ISO for the x13s? I been out of the loop
<mani_s> you should use "dd" mode to flash the iso

<steev> blah, it's 6.0.2 that's broken, not us
<clover[m]> hehe
<steev> and by us, i mean all my patches on top of 6.0.2 for the c630
<steev> so the reverts are gonna get reverted
<steev> robclark: using the c630, attempting to run `chromium --ozone-platform-hint=auto` and i get https://paste.debian.net/1257413 - works fine if i let it use Xwayland, but not wayland?
<steev> same output if i just set the ozone-platform to wayland
<steev> chromium version is 106.0.5249.119 - same command runs fine in sway on an amlogic based radxa zero (panfrost?)
<robclark> 🤷
<robclark> ahh, right, that issue
<steev> o... still open 2 months later :(
<leezu> robclark: maybe you can help ping zmo@?
<robclark> no idea who zmo is ;-)
<robclark> if I had to take a guess, desktop builds try to figure out pci-id for block/allow-list stuff?
<robclark> maybe there is a cmdline arg to disable/skip that?
<steev> is there a cmdline arg to list cmdline args? all i get with --help is the basic stuff, and man chromium lists the basic stuff
<robclark> idk, I came across a list someone tried to make online with some googling last time I looked
<robclark> steev: looks like this is what you want: --ignore-gpu-blocklist
<steev> gpu still crashing
<steev> oh wait
<steev> i'm in gnome, lemme switch
<steev> RIP can't log in to bugs
<steev> oh weird, it just won't let that account of mine in
<steev> i wonder why it hates my gmail address

<krzk> Hi everyone, following some discussion here https://lore.kernel.org/linux-arm-msm/1f441795-c771-835b-731b-f5dd9557dc09@linaro.org/#t if anyone works on the existing Qualcomm bindings checks/conversion (dt_binding_check, dtbs_check) feel invited to update https://gitlab.com/krzkoz/linux-dt-todo/-/blob/main/todo-compatibles.rst
<krzk> Also if anyone wants to drive that repo to some more useful way (more automated...), patches/PRs are welcomed.
<bamse> anyone willing to review https://lore.kernel.org/linux-arm-msm/20220926203800.16771-1-quic_bjorande@quicinc.com/ (sc8280xp dispcc) so i can apply it?

<steev> i'm not good enough to review it, but i have tested it, i just forgot to send my T-b
<bamse> t-b would be appreciated as well :)
<steev> guess i should have cut it down, -msm and -clk both rejected the tb because it's > 100000 chars
