<Radical[m]> steev: I've recompiled the kernel about 10 times now and i even tried just using Jens' kernel directly as the source for my build with the config generated from the annotations file in the repo and still the same deferred devices in dmesg, i can upload my entire dmesg somewhere if that helps :/
<abby> the deferred devices can be caused by not having the necessary modules or firmware in the initramfs

<Radical[m]> Okay i added all the firmware into my initramfs, it didnt change anything. I tried a list of modules i found in one of the ubuntu packages but that just makes my system not boot.. It also looks like those are just related to the display
<Radical[m]> I managed to load the modules, my config was a bit wrong, still no audio though so those arent related :(
