huh I can bring up aop. notably endpoints 0x20-0x23 have to be started before asc boots. endpts are spu, accel, gyro, and unk respectively. do these macs even have an accel/gyro? or are they idevice vestiges

only after asc boots endpoints 0x24-0x2c are then started. 0x24 is LAS (lid angle something; but wasn't that DCP?), 0x25 is wake hint, 0x26 is unk (maybe ALS), 0x27 is audio which is not currently working and I now get to work on

j`ey: I'm pretty sure ALS had a self-contained kext doing the actual hardware access. aop isn't doing it for sure. but then that makes the firmware depend on the kext which makes all this really odd

eiln: I want to get the experiment working before I start looking into the userspace. From reading the ane docs and code it looks like it could fit the wip TensorFlow Lite delegate in mesa called teflon.
