daniels: FYI I switched to loki to store the k8s logs, instead of ES. I am keeping around ES and kibana because I am parsing the nginx logs, and it's easier to dig into them that way

daniels: so that means that to get logs of past containers, you can use the internal grafana exposed in the logging namespace. I have set up a dashboard that allows for browsing in the logs

that reason I ditched ES is beacuse I had to keep less and less data in it, and roughly 7 days would fit in the 3*60 GB, while loki seems to store ~30 days of logs in a 100 GB drive
