DragoonAethis: so, you need to send patches for rerere's nightly.conf, for MAINTAINERS to dri-devel + any relevant ML you might have for the intel driver dev, plus a MR for maintainer-tools to update the doc to the new URL
<mripard>
once we have all the acks lined up, what we did for drm-misc was that:
<mripard>
- we effectively made the cgit repo read-only by always rejecting pushes through hacking the fdo cookie git server hook
<mripard>
- then push the current state of the branches to gitlab
<mripard>
- merge and push the rerere patch
<mripard>
- add the git server hook to check for the fdo cookie on gitlab
<mripard>
- enable the sync from gitlab to cgit
<mripard>
- merge the documentation MR in maintainer-tools
<mripard>
- merge the MAINTAINERS patch through drm-intel
<mripard>
- let dri-devel (and linux-next if relevant) know about the new URL for the repo
<mripard>
and also push all the old tags on cgit to gitlab, but I believe you did that already

shit, we need to move away from $CI_JOB_JWT as that's being removed in the next major GitLab release
<daniels>
it's a JSON document made available to CI jobs explaining the context the job was run in (e.g. which project/user/etc), verifiably signed by gitlab.fd.o
<daniels>
we use it to authenticate against external services, e.g. the S3 server we use for storage
<bentiss>
daniels: yeah, I've known this for a year now, but never found the time to fix it. And IIRC if I implement the new way it would break the old way, so basically not so different than waiting for the thing to be removed
<daniels>
bentiss: yeah, that was a Mesa 'we' rather than a bentiss 'we'
<daniels>
we're on it
<daniels>
hopefully we can get to it before 16.0.1
<bentiss>
cool, thanks!
<daniels>
np :) we'll keep you posted

Morning, someone's probably already mentioned it, but I'm seeing error 500 over here with cgit.fd.o.
