junari: the AXP driver does not support polyphase *activation* at all, we merely detect and respect it, by not turning the associated rail off

so far on other AXPs polyphase was activated at reset, so this wasn't an issue. I think it's different for the AXP323, though, as you have figured

not sure we want to introduce polyphase as a proper concept into DT and the driver, or just want to turn it on earlier. The former sounds better, but is more work, and might introduce compatibility issues
