<alyssa> bbrezillon: since Italo didn't feel comfortable reviewing the Valhall change, https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/merge_requests/23120/diffs?commit_id=c7d651541d49c1e75ff09e9bffc005cf735506b4 still needs an eye
<alyssa> It ought to fix a regression (from last week) on valhall for tests in the dEQP-GLES31.functional.ssbo.atomic.* group
<alyssa> but I don't have Valhall hardware anymore so have no way to know
<alyssa> (Incidentally someone should probably light up the g57 ci. when I last looked the kernel needed too many patches but hopefully stuff has settled by now.)
<alyssa> thnaks!

<alyssa> ("no way to know" -- in fairness, I discovered the issue via drm-shim and confirmed the generated assembly, but that's not as good as actually running the test)

<daniels> well she’s gone again, but G57 seems extremely unlikely

<alyssa> daniels: I'm omnipresent ✨
<alyssa> I was under the impression there were MT8192 (or MT8195?) chromebooks already in the lava lab for kernel ci and was just blocked on gfx-ci/linux picking up the patches needed for the gpu side, but could easily be wrong
<alyssa> It looks like David cherrypicked the patches into gfx-ci though https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gfx-ci/linux/-/commits/v6.3-for-mesa-ci/
<alyssa> and he added the dtb to the mesa side on a925c59f83d ("ci: bump kernel to the 6.3, support HDK 888 based on sm8350")
<alyssa> seemingly
* alyssa just git grepping around
<alyssa> machines seem very alive
