sven: When building on x86_64 with the default archlinux config it seems to be unable to find irq_chip_compose_msi_msg. including linux/irq.h makes it get further but it then fails with `ERROR: modpost: "irq_chip_compose_msi_msg" [path/hci_bcm43xx.ko] undefined!` This is probably is something to do with me trying to build on x86? I did notice that irq.h had a note saying not to include it in generic code.

hm, yeah, that’s my dumb hack to get the msi address because this stupid chip wants to know that one inside a bar register *sigh*

not at a computer right now, but another hack would be to just read it from the config space fwiw
