FYI, the issue is that mesa CI has a 1:1 association between the gitlab runner name and the runner in my farm... but dxvk-ci did not have this just yet

well even if it's always been broken (which I'm double checking by removing assertions) it shouldn't be hitting that assert in mesa, and it shouldn't be doing a gpu reset
