<szemzoa> sorry for my rookie questions... I try to add a hwdb for the NPU in Allwinner V853/1s, what is seems like a VIP9000Pico. I found most of the register contents from the vendor's galcore driver, but I don't found the features7-11. How can I dump those ones? the kernel/debug syslog: https://pastebin.com/d2HnbWnn
<austriancoder> szemzoa: in your vendor's gacore driver there should be a file called something like gc_feature_database.h where you find a section for you npu. then use something like this: https://github.com/gizmo98/hwdb-converter/
<szemzoa> ok, I'll check it, thanks

<tomeu> sravn: I can use tensorflow to run some models on the NPU
<tomeu> mobilenetv1 works, and I'm adding support for more operations with the goal of running mobiledet
<tomeu> note though that only one of the imx8 models contain a NPU
<f_> tomeu: nice work!
<tomeu> thanks :)
<f_> I also happen to do some RE, but unrelated to the NPU :)
<f_> (but still related to Amlogic)

<sravn> tomeu: Thanks. And the design is at present without an NPU as you already assumed. Time will tell what they/we decide to do.
