when I was deleting user accounts with only snippets, I printed them on the command line, and I had only 2 valid snippets that looked like code, and one of them was actually spam (someone "sharing" his code on every snippet platform available) and the second one was not a real account IIRC)

I pity the poor users new to GitLab who happen to try out snippets first and then find their account gone within 10 minutes

and worse case: a user creates an account then a snippet. The user gets deleted after 10 min, the user can re-create the exact same account and complain in an issue, and the account is locked :)
