I noticed planet.kernel.org https is broken with GnuTLS (because the site duplicates the CN=planet.kernel.org cert)
<pabs>
should I contact the service maintainer or is this an infra issue and which tracker should I file it in?

I'm trying to get to the bottom of why certain applications don't respect kde mime defaults. for instance, if I open a pdf in dolphin (kde's file manager) it opens in okular, whereas if I open a pdf from dino (a gtk jabber client) it opens in mupdf. ultimately I just want to be able to configure non-kde applications to follow kde mime defaults e.g. get dino to open pdfs with okular
<hololeap>
if I run `xdg-mime query default application/pdf`, it tells me "okularApplication_pdf.desktop"
<hololeap>
but if I open up a new tty outside of kde, it tells me "mupdf.desktop"
<hololeap>
for some reason opening a pdf from dino, even when it is within a kde session, uses the latter default
