hey, I would like to move upower.freedesktop.org to be generated using gitlab pages

two questions: 1. we have https://upower.freedesktop.org/releases/, should I dump these files into the repository, or should we do some redirect and serve them statically (29MiB, no big deal to have it in the repo, and I am not adding more files there)
