<Tooniis[m]> I'm working on CBF scaling for msm8996. my current idea is to expose CBF as a power domain and use an OPP table to define its performance levels, then use `required-opps` in the CPU OPPs, but I'm not sure what driver should be the provider for this pd. maybe clk-cpu-msm8996 would provide it and control the CBF clock internally, or qcom-cpufreq-nvmem would be a consumer of the CBF clock and configure it as needed. Or maybe a new driver, but
