<ungeskriptet> "Pstore?" <- I don't have access boot_b from recovery
<HappY[m]>
Pstore log available only for boot_a which has Android os..
<HappY[m]>
Actually Maine problem is newer device recovery installed inside boot partition recovery-ramdisk so when I am flashing mainline boot img recovery-ramdisk going to erase..

But pstore is being stored in a region inside the memory? Or is this some kind of thing now on sm8350?
junari_ is now known as junari
<HappY[m]>
<ungeskriptet> "But pstore is being stored in..." <- I seriously don't know.. I only can find pstore log for my stock Android kernel..
<HappY[m]>
And even every thing is stock Android related inside /dev /proc /sys
<ungeskriptet>
HappY[m]: Did you add ramoops and pstore mem region to your mainline dts?
<vknecht[m]>
if your lkn2d has support for fsboot feature (that is, able to scan rootfs for a boot img), you could skip flashing pmOS boot img to boot partition ; but not sure how this feature works with a/b devices
