<ndec> hey Richard! I received the feedback that "yocto is not represented in https://lwn.net/Articles/912774/ and it should be there". what's your take on that?
<danielt> Wrong channel?
<ndec> yup!

<steev> bamse: oh, i thought i'd sent my tb on those. i've been testing them since the first revision
<steev> let me make sure i have v6 here and then i'll send it
<bamse> steev: you did, but i noticed that the power-domains for the dp controllers was CX and not MMCX...and probing the dispcc nodes force MMCX to stay at nominal voltage, or above...
<bamse> steev: seems to work fine on my machines, but i didn't want to carry your tb if it blows up :)
<steev> heh
<bamse> good thing is that those fixes reduced the power consumption slightly
<steev> building now
<steev> it seems like next 0110 has efi problems again, i'm not exiting efi boot services
<steev> (unrelated to this)
<ardb> steev: i queued up some EFI fixes yesterday, but it doesn't look like they would be related
<steev> i can't tell what is going on because i've got a consumer device but it just sits there after grub loads the kernel/initrd/dtb
<ardb> no output at all from the stub?
<steev> we ran into this before, i remember, but i don't recall the fix
<steev> nope, it just sits there saying Loading kernel... loading initrd...
<steev> after testing bamse's patchset i'll go back to trying 0110 and see if i can figure out what changed

<steev> blergh, and torvalds tree is broken too
<steev> different issue though, need to look into that later too - bamse, i'll try to get them tested tonight, i just need to focus on some work things

<steev> actually, i don't think it's torvalds' tree, i think it's something on my system but fuck if i know, something is missing from my initramfses in new kernel installs now i think because they all just complain they can't run init
