that only happens if the image jobs ran before, mostly due to changes to CI configuration files

most of those pipelines don't run any jobs automatically

sine the docker build isn't deterministic but just pulls things from the internet, and not all of them are pinned

oh, the tag that is built for the MR has the branch name in it, so that when merged, we re-build everything when it lands?

everything should be pinned to stable distro releases at least though, so the chance of that is pretty low, indeed > 0 though

mupuf the image gets rebuilt on the upstream registry, and then its copied over on all the forks

I will need to work on that relatively soon, as I would like to move our post-merge testing to upstream Mesa

It could also be a great training ground for new CI projects or new machines added to CI: Enable them for post-merge first, then you may move them to full pre-merge, or a mix and match of both (run 10% in pre-merge, the rest in post-merge)
