it'll be in the database somewhere but tbh I never bothered to look for it, it's not high priority. as long as our daily reports are less than 1 on average, having those 2 deleted ones hang in there doesn't matter IMO

on the positive side we seem to be getting a lot less false positive spam. not sure that' sbecause of all the ham I submitted or someone else is clearing the logs

karolherbst: that's still how the list works but there's a bug in gitlab where if the user gets deleted while the report is active, the report cannot be closed anymore or something

I've changed the email reports get sent to to the conduct mailing list, so at least we know when there is a new report

and that seems to work quite reliably
