I'm working on building out a buildroot config for the allwinner V5, I've been looking at the olimex_a33_olinuxino_defconfig as reference there is a "u-boot-sunxi-with-spl.bin", where would I find the spl for the V5?

machinehum: where are you getting your U-Boot source from? if it is a port of mainline, then u-boot-sunxi-with-spl.bin is correct. if it is from some vendor BSP, then SPL-equivalent is likely shipped as a blob

it's not insane, but it will be a decent amount of work. mainline has not been ported to the V5 yet AFAIK. hopefully it's as easy as "H6, but 32-bit".

machinehum: there is almost no mainlining done for V5, and as far as I remember, smaeul is right, it's H6 but different cores. Also the S3 MIPI CSI and ISP is similar to V5 one AFAIK.
