With my simple bootloader for T113-S3, I've no u-boot, OP-TEE, so no PSCI, but I added the bringup support of the secondary core to the platsmp.c. It works until ~600MHz core speed, above that 'I think' I need to increase the core voltages. Anybody knows how? :) https://pastebin.com/94UHHxF1

if it's a new CPU then you probably need to get a SDK that supports it to get some frequency/voltage tables

dumping the original boot0 register values, I found that the CCU_CPU_AXI_CFG_REG was different with my setup, now second core bringup works upto 1.2GHz.

this is so strange, that hynix ram that cracked used MO207 DT-z pads, but package extends over a lot, but not enough to fit entire DW-z so they didn't add them xD
