<szemzoa> With my simple bootloader for T113-S3, I've no u-boot, OP-TEE, so no PSCI, but I added the bringup support of the secondary core to the platsmp.c. It works until ~600MHz core speed, above that 'I think' I need to increase the core voltages. Anybody knows how? :) https://pastebin.com/94UHHxF1

<hramrach> if it's a new CPU then you probably need to get a SDK that supports it to get some frequency/voltage tables

<szemzoa> dumping the original boot0 register values, I found that the CCU_CPU_AXI_CFG_REG was different with my setup, now second core bringup works upto 1.2GHz.

<swiftgeek> this is so strange, that hynix ram that cracked used MO207 DT-z pads, but package extends over a lot, but not enough to fit entire DW-z so they didn't add them xD
<swiftgeek> but jedec clearly outlines even that specific case
<swiftgeek> (previous overlay on picture for reference) https://pic.infini.fr/KJ5e1ZFP/HkzIlsz5.jpg

<swiftgeek> though somebody in jedec counted pads badly first time, it's 78 and not 68, then added 4 to that xD
<swiftgeek> yeah micron uses 82-ball packages
<swiftgeek> yeah you can even see difference between 78 and 82 https://docs.rs-online.com/3b5e/0900766b80e46c89.pdf
<swiftgeek> (pages 25/26)
<swiftgeek> err no
<swiftgeek> that's even worse, it uses 82 where it clearly should be full DW-z xD
<swiftgeek> but my orangepi doesn't have those extra 4 pads, so reballing with those 4 is probably a bad idea

<swiftgeek> would be nice to know some underfill that is easy to rework, and is relatively thick (so it doesn't flow under entire package)
