<eslerm[m]> ?
<tobhe[m]> Nice!
<tobhe[m]> Maybe accelerate the xonotic part a little to show more Ubuntu desktop and close the game at the end for a nice loop?

<eslerm[m]> +1
<tobhe[m]> pierre hit a bug with the asahi installer today but it looks like it isn't related to anything we do
<tobhe[m]> xml.parsers.expat.ExpatError: not well-formed (invalid token): line 218011, column 38
<tobhe[m]> in some xml generated by macos
<tobhe[m]> i thought it might be the time machine issue

<arcticp[m]> Actually - tried again 45 minutes later (also switched to another wifi) somehow fixed the issue. And I have a fresh 24.04 install running nicely now. Thanks for the help Tobhe!
<tobhe[m]> nice! how did you like the new installer?
<eslerm[m]> this most often happens when an external display is connected
<tobhe[m]> oh right, i forgot about that one
<popey[m]> FYI and apropos of nothing. My M1 has been up for days, with no desktop crashes. Previously, on 23.10, it would never last this long.
<popey[m]> noble seems much more stable
<tobhe[m]> wow that's good to hear 🙂
<tobhe[m]> I think the stack size patch also fixed a lot of random shutdowns on some machines
