<nebadon> what is the proper way to test Zink with Steam? lately a lot of stuff I try to run with zink I am getting massive artifacts and missing textures and blinking, wondering if something changed and I am doing it wrong now maybe
<zmike> it should generally just work
<zmike> assuming you set MESA_LOADER_DRIVER_OVERRIDE=zink and/or have no other GL drivers installed
<nebadon> yea that is what I am doing, I am using the oibaf PPA on Kubuntu 22.04.1
<nebadon> with AMD Radeon RX 6800XT
<zmike> which game are you seeing issues with
<nebadon> Tomb Raider and Unigine Heaven both are really bad
<nebadon> Bioshock Infinite seems ok
<zmike> both of those use tessellation, and radv had a bug with that until it was fixed a couple hours ago

<zmike> so if you use the latest mesa checkout of radv it should work
