I have been looking at adding DisplayPort MST support to an embedded SoC, which has a display controller (4 crtcs and planes, parallel output) and a separate DP bridge. The details are still a bit fuzzy to me, but if I gather it right, with MST, the display controller driver has also to support MST, not just the DP bridge. Is that correct?
