<alatiera> a couple of people have reported issues when the CI tries to pull an image like this one https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/amyspark/libvpx/-/jobs/40498375
<alatiera> anyone seen it before?
<alatiera> only seen it happen on fdo-equinix runners and started a week ago or so
<daniels> alatiera: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/amyspark/libvpx is an internal project rather than public - if they change it to public it'll work
<alatiera> ah, makes sense
<alatiera> let me check the other one I was linked

<eric_engestrom> bentiss: about https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/freedesktop/freedesktop/-/issues/626, I find it a bit weird how he's asking for a second account; did you confirm this is really the same person? did you consider updating his email address so that he can recover his old account?
<bentiss> eric_engestrom: I merely consider that anyone with a semingly valid excuse to request forking access should be granted to have those privileges. Because even if that person is willing to abuse the runners, well, they can't :)
<bentiss> so there is not much point in being picky onto who should have the ability to create projects
<eric_engestrom> sure
<eric_engestrom> I just feel like (assuming this really is the same person) perhaps creating another account was their workaround for losing access to the account created at their previous job, but what they actually want is to recover the original account?
<bentiss> eric_engestrom: another way of seeing this is: the whole point of adding this external feature on new users was to prevent spam. So if you have a doubt regarding that person, you can track that person in a couple of days and eventually destroy the account
<bentiss> eric_engestrom: for jshargo: Current sign-in at: Apr 19, 2023 5:44pm -> so unless that's a different person, they signed in recently
<bentiss> (and FWIW, same IP, from verizon)
<eric_engestrom> bentiss: re- signed in recently, I guess that invalidates my theory :P
<eric_engestrom> should we have more mods on #dri-devel? (and hopefully spread over more timezones as well)

<Hazematman> Who are the mods on #dri-devel right now, anyways? It would probably be good if one could go to the channel right now. Lots of spam happening
<MrCooper> quietened him
