Hi, please, on Banana Pi M2+, u-boot can't boot Linux from eMMC. I'm trying to compare dts and defconfig with device I know on which eMMC boot works (Orange Pi Zero Plus 2), but there is almost no differences. Any ideas where can be problem, or where I should look for? Log: https://hastebin.com/woqaficici.yaml Thanks
<gamiee>
(note, the eMMC works just fine from the Linux, just u-boot have some weird issues with it)

<anarsoul>
gamiee: maybe it's not powered?
<anarsoul>
in u-boot
<anarsoul>
if something's not working check power and clocks :)
<gamiee>
anarsoul: well, the most interesting thing is that SPL see MMC2 and boot the main u-boot from it, but after that, MMC2 doesn't work at all (mmc dev 2 returns Card did not respond to voltage select!). So I guess power and clock is fine (or it works differently?). Is there any easy way to check power and clocks, or manually by finding test pads (if there are any)?
<anarsoul>
my guess is that u-boot initializes axp (or whatever regulator it uses) and thus emmc loses power
<anarsoul>
you should be able to confirm it with multimeter if you have board schematics
<anarsoul>
or emmc pinout
<gamiee>
this h3 board doesn't use any pmic, the eMMC and SD is supplied from VCC-IO, which is connected to 3V3, but togglable via VCC-IO-EN. Since the SD Card works fine, I can guess the power is ok (since it's same rail)
<anarsoul>
then it's something about clock
<anarsoul>
:)
