IIRC, the newly created CMA pool was completely outside of the area cedrus could have used after setting any CMA= command line
<ndufresne>
It is of course a bug, but no one spent anytime on it considering the SoC age.

Hi guys, I was testing on T527 and find some interesting things, The brom will not boot on when using SRAMA1 0x20000 but rather than SRAMA2 0x40000, but when uisng FEL mode you can load to SRAM A1 and run, besides if you want to boot with FEL, need to configure the GIC600 if you need to use, The FEL will enable the GIC600 and cause some problems, the 512K SRAMA3 need manually enabled

Oh hi syter, nice to have you here!
<gamiee>
Hi syter. Are you Gloomy Ghost? :o
<apritzel>
That's a curious thing with the SRAM loading offset! That might well be one problem I was facing
<apritzel>
syter: so what does "configure the GIC" mean, exactly? Enabling secure interrupts in the system registers? And do you know how to enable SRAM A3?

When I try to run ATF with FEL loading, I get an error: ASSERT assert((gicr_read_waker(gicr_base) & WAKER_CA_BIT)! = 0U); However, there is no problem in writing memory to run, considering that FEL should initialize GIC600 when driving USB but did not release it
<Syter>
The memory I mean SD Card and NAND Device, Without FEL USB
<Syter>
SRAMA3 need to de-assert PUBSRAM Clock and Gating, which is 0x07102000 + 0x0114
<apritzel>
syter: cool, many thanks for the hints! Will have a try later!
<apritzel>
ah, WAKER, I see ...
