<kaazoo> Hi, thanks for the feedback.
<kaazoo> Regarding the DNS issue, I created a PR with a workaround: https://github.com/AsahiLinux/muvm/pull/110
<kaazoo> That PR might not be needed once https://github.com/AsahiLinux/muvm/pull/111 gets merged.
<kaazoo> But my commit is in the muvm build. So when starting muvm, /etc/resolv.conf should already be populated.
<kaazoo> There is a new blog post that highlights the recent developments: https://asahilinux.org/2024/12/muvm-x11-bridging/
<kaazoo> I was able to build muvm 0.2.0 already, but didn't get muvm-x11bridge to work.
<kaazoo> I guess that was because of missing this patch for libxshmfence: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xorg/lib/libxshmfence/-/merge_requests/9
<tobhe[m]> do you have your packaging changes in git somewhere?
<tobhe[m]> I'd like to see if I can start migrating them to the ubuntu-asahi ppas step by step, git is easier to handle
<kaazoo> Not all yet. Will do
<tobhe[m]> awesome, thx 🙂 and great work
<kaazoo> OK, that would be nice.
<tobhe[m]> I was quite happy to see steam working
<kaazoo> Did you also test any specific game?
<tobhe[m]> I actually just played with the client because I was too lazy to wait for a game to download
<tobhe[m]> portal worked fine on my X Elite so I might try that first
<kaazoo> I'm trying to build libxshmfence and add it into the root fs.
