alyssa is the author of that blogpost on HN Sobek[m]
<Sobek[m]>
Tramtrist: your HN post is "EverQuest players break sacred MMO code by waking up 20-year-old dragon" (Unless HN is playing weird tricks with URL). I don't see any link in between your message and this channel, and I pointed out the HN post for the Alyssa blog post wondering if that was what you meant to post ?
<Tramtrist>
ah my bad
<Tramtrist>
thanks Sobek[m] .. i guess i copied the wrong URL
<alyssa>
Sobek[m]: what do you mean, the people need to know about the dragon! :p
* Sobek[m]

Randomly redirect clients to the Dragon den if the website is overloaded ? Dragon hungry, dragon happy :D
<alyssa>
Lina is annoyed that I don't document my stuff and have a pile of nonupstream patches
<alyssa>
Should I.. do something about that? Hmmm
<Sobek[m]>
I know what my OS programming prof would say :D. Documenting also come as a side effect of noticing stuff that aren’t quite right and could do with some clean up and refactor.
<alyssa>
Hmm.. listening to profs...
<matthewayers[m]>
alyssa: My OS prof would get really surprised every time I mention anything about Asahi, especially the work with the GPU
<alyssa>
My profs don't know who I am :D
