Sorry to interupt, but would anyone be willing to give a really quick summary of the status of the GPU-work? I haven't had the time following in detail, so to me it seems like the GPU has been the "next upcomming challenge" for quite some time now.

the tldr in userspace right now is 95%+ dEQP GLES2 compliance, which is ~enough to get an accelerated desktop working with few problems
