08:00 <chadmed> yeah imma be real i think the defconfig for our kernel at this stage should absolutely minimise the total kernel footprint until the new stuff is tested and completely stable, otherwise this is going to keep happening if the kernel is building and enabling all these silly components by default for stuff that's not even present on the machine
