pipelines are taking ages to create since yesterday, is that a known issue?

I don't think it would be related to the runner issue discussed a couple of days ago, but maybe there's a link?

eric_engestrom: if by creating pipelines you mean that you don't get a pipeline ID until ages after you're pushed, that's completely unrelated to the runners

daniels: yup, that's what I meant; the pipeline doesn't appear in the list of pipelines for a while, but I actually didn't check the creation time once it did appear to know if its creation was delayed, or just showing it in the ui
