karolherbst: done. Though it's a pain gitlab doesn't keep the user blocked when we delete all of his contributions. It just deletes the user leaving the possibility to recreate the same account :(

(the quickest way for us to do that is to go to the user and press 'report abuse' ourselves, then go to the abuse reports section of the admin page and nuke from there)

I'm having trouble logging into gitlab.freedesktop.org, I first assumed I must have an account, but forgot my password, after not receiving a reset email, I tried to create an account
