could you bump the mesa/mesa timeout from the 1h to 90 min? Normally it has no impact, but when rebuilding the rootfs, every job hits 1h timeout (rootfs build jobs takes ~ 40 minutes and 20 minutes for the rest sometimes isn't enough)

At this moment, this is untested idea, but I think the results could be better than what we have now. Without testing it it will be hard to guess if it'll work or not.
