<bryanodonoghue>
let me give you a set of commands for the TPG to test it
<bryanodonoghue>
recent changes mean, even if you don't declare a sensor in your dts - you should still be able to launch the camss driver and run the test-pattern-generator
<bryanodonoghue>
TPG within the CSI decoder - CSID block
<bryanodonoghue>
meeting I'll get back to you

Hello dears devs.. ! I really need help.. I added ath11k_pci wifi & bt (wcn6855) .. but Bluetooth never worked with wcn6855, always show (uart completed) but bt never up.. With "qca6390" bt was worked but I don't have firmwares.... & wifi I seriously unable to find out problem..I would appreciate , if anyone help me with that..... (full message at <https://matrix.org/_matrix/media/v3/download/matrix.org/FtfmhMOReIwFUqHwEKxPXtiZ>)
<bryanodonoghue>
should populate v4l subdevices in /dev
<bryanodonoghue>
including the CSID
<bryanodonoghue>
if you can run the TPG you know the hardware basically works
<bryanodonoghue>
may need to look into the CSIPHY but, probably not
<bryanodonoghue>
then you just need to hook up sensor<=>endpoints

Do any of the upstream supported qualcom socs support s2mem? iiuc right now things are capable down to s2idle levels.... is that a correct understanding or am I way off the mark?
<bamse>
ajhalaney[m]: older socs used to do s2ram...but in practice it was still pretty much the same hardware state as s2idle
<bamse>
ajhalaney[m]: so the answer to your actual question, the answer is no
<bamse>
ajhalaney[m]: none of the platforms that fully implements "s2ram" are upstream
