we delete the gzipped copy that fex build scripts generate, portage expects to do the gzipping itself

there is some code in the eclass to deal with manpages that are installed by cmake and such

as a completely unrelated topic, it takes approx 15-ish hours for a single free github runner to build a gentoo stage4 with empty caches
