Jookia: 2.5M is not possible by Allwinner SoCs, but 250K is quite possible

so I tested 500K and 1.5M the other day, and they worked fine. So yeah, 250K should work, though it needs to be really 250000 bps, not 230400 or so

jernej: what's the plan with that OPiZero3 Ethernet rgmii-rxid DT patch? I see it in fixes-for-6.7, but did that actually go out there already? Or are you waiting for potentially more patches before sending a PR?
